[visual] Spectacular airliner photos
Jetphotos.com has a nice collection of airplane pictures. A few of the more spectacular are where a KLM flies in really low, and i mean really low. (”We'll come in low under the rising sun, and when we are a mile out, we turn on the music”, bonus points for getting the credit to this quote right).
Another one shows a plane that tries to damage the former Hong Kong airport at Kai Tak.
How did I run into these? I have a google alert on my name. One of the planes shown on the site has registration EC-EYK and the picture was shot by Peter van somebody.
